The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had huge windows that allowed for lots of natural light. There were local spots nearby for coffee and dinner. It was easy to walk into District 1.
The room was not sound proof. I could hear noise from the next room. It reminded me of a cheap motel. The cleaning lady did not mop the floor. There was hair everywhere.

The provided breakfast was good. The room was also clean and offered plenty of space. I appreciated how fresh everything tasted. It was like a romantic getaway I won't forget!
The mini bar did not cool our drinks. I found this quite irritating after a long day. The staff offered a guided tour. It was unfortunately not very good. I anticipated more attentive care from the staff. But it didn't happen.

The breakfast team did all they could to accommodate dietary needs. They were helpful and polite.
I asked for a few green tea bags for the room, but the front desk said "We don't offer that". the 'cooler' did not cool things. Cold beers became warm. It needed an ice bucket.

I appreciated the modern nordic style architecture. It was very appealing. the bed and bathroom were large and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. I am grateful for their assistance.
The hotel wouldn't let me eat a banh mi in the lobby. I bought it from a street vendor. they said i couldn't because they had a cafe in the lobby. I thought this was odd. the manager was unsympathetic. I didn't appreciate that at all.
